Ideas that Stuck

Scientists used AI to study the sounds of wild elephants in Africa. They found out that each elephant has a special call, like a name. The elephants know their own name and answer when someone calls them, but ignore calls meant for others. Elephants are even smarter than we thought!

This article teaches us how to be better at what we do. We should think about the kind of person we want to be, then do small things to show ourselves we can be that person. Like, if you want to be a fast runner, start by running a little bit every day!

What I'm Learning

• Besides Japanese studies, I am also taking Korean lessons every Sunday. Learning different languages is fun. P.S. Excited for the Japanese exam this week.
• Been reading stuff on building a good landing page. This is the landing page I made (hopefully by the time you receive this scheduled email I'm already done with it).

Since the May 2024's month end update newsletter, these are the new items added in the platform:

• Mattia Languages: Learn cool languages! I'm sharing the same things I used to learn Japanese and Korean! There are also other resources gathered for both beginner and advanced. For example, we have resources for all JLPT Levels.

Possible Future Updates

Besides, we are currently working on more exciting stuff to add here, though they may take a while to publish.

• Solopreneur: An area where you can learn how to build your own business as a solo entrepreneur and possibly make it big. It is made possible because of the new technology we have today.
  • P.S. Currently experimenting on it. If it will be successful, I'll publish this content someday.
• On writing: Sharing with you tips on writing, which helped me earn money. Every area in life needs writing. You write messages from emails to chats. You write your thoughts to organise them. You use it in school, relationships, and work.
• Stock Lists: You will know the list of shares of public companies I'm interested in. Information about my average price, target price, and description will be available. Data will be available soon.

Short Thoughts

• Building this platform is a rollercoaster experience. It starts with high optimism, then doubts, self-reassurances, and the decision to pursue the mission from a long-term perspective. The easy access to constant gratification we have today with technology (games, online shopping, etc.) can make us forget the power of delayed gratification as many things we dream of does not come easily.
